Shopify product (via Syncio)

Your store's on Shopify and connected through Syncio? Just tell us the product and both your prices — NZD and AUD — and we'll import it from Syncio and keep stock in sync. Complete brand onboarding first so we can match this to your brand.

Your prices

Same price as your own website

List at the same price you sell it for on your own website. Your ZIGGY price must not exceed your own current retail price — please don't raise it to cover postage or commission. You may round to a neat NZD figure, but not inflate. Don't add postage on top; shipping is charged separately and passes through to you in full. If your own site prices in AUD, convert to NZD. You also set your own AUD price for Australian shoppers. We never convert between the two — both figures are yours. Neither price may exceed what you charge for the same item in that market on your own site.

The price Australian shoppers pay. Set it yourself — we don't convert. It must not exceed your own Australian retail price.

How shipping works

Charged separately at checkout in the customer's own currency — $10 domestic, $20 cross-Tasman. Never converted, never added to your price, and charged once per brand, per order.

It passes through to you in full, and you fund your own courier cost from it. Please don't add a buffer to your price instead. If cross-Tasman postage genuinely doesn't work, you can list New Zealand-only or Australia-only instead of raising your price, and we'll hide your products from shoppers in the other market.

Our commission is on your product price only; shipping passes through to you in full. Founding sellers are on 15%; sellers joining later are on 20% — your rate is the one recorded in Schedule A of your Seller Agreement. We don't need a SKU here — it comes through automatically from Syncio.
